Orfit Industries develops and produces thermoplastic materials for immobilization and fixation purposes in medical applications. The product range consists of splint materials for physical rehabilitation, patient fixation systems in radiotherapy, thermoplastic materials for orthoses and for prosthetic stumps sockets.
Our products are developed and manufactured in Wijnegem, Belgium, and find their way to professional end-users in over 50 countries around the world. Our expertise with polymers and our highly technological production machines enable us to face the high demands of professional users with respect to the functionality and quality of products. Product development and production are supervised by a certified quality assurance system (ISO 9001 and EN 46001). We consider the education of professional end-users, both with respect to product characteristics and to applications, as a very important task in order to reassure a maximum benefit in the application of our products.
